Job Description

This position is responsible for answering a high volume of incoming customer phone calls, obtaining all necessary information for orders, creating computer generated tickets, and coordinating with the superintendent to dispatch loads for delivery. Must be able to handle confidential information appropriately. Must have good customer service skills and basic math skills to provide quotes. There will be additional office duties as assigned including scanning, filing, and copying. This is currently a part-time weekend position, but may lead to full-time in the future.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Dispatching: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
