Dispatcher/Customer Service

NextGen Mechanical is looking for a HVAC Dispatcher/CSR to join our team!

NextGen Mechanical is a family-owned business. We provide service to both residential and commercial customers. We are looking for an experienced customer support representative to help us grow and to help get out to our customers more efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule technicians, jobs, and equipment
• Communicate job needs and plans with member of dispatch team.
• Communicate job needs and status with technicians and update customers.
• Work with technicians to ensure proper procedures are followed.
• Create proposals to send to customers.
• Ensure proper job coding for vendor invoices.
• Create time keeping reports for payroll.
• Prep jobs for billing prior to sending to accounting.
• Independently build & adjust field employee schedules.
• Perform on-call dispatch duties when assigned.
• Other duties as assigned or as needed.

Experience and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• HVAC, plumbing or construction administration experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook)

• Requires initiative, great attention to detail, accuracy, an ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Must have excellent interpersonal and customer services skills, and maintain a positive attitude while dealing professionally with co-workers, clients, vendors, etc.
• Must be able to work independently with limited supervision while still being a team player.
• Must be dependable, organized and self-motivated.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
