Dishwasher

Get ready folks, Cosme will be reopening their doors late April 2021, and we couldn't be more excited. Currently we are seeking Dishwashers to complete our BOH team.

Some responsibilities include, but not limited to :

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans.
• Operate dishwashing and other kitchen cleaning equipment.
• Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.
• Stock supplies, such as food or utensils, in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of service areas

Requirements:

• At least 1 year experience in a high volume restaurant
• Excellent skills
• Strong work ethic with a keen sense of urgency
• Impeccable service standards and attention to detai

Spanish speaking plus

• Ability to multi-task in a demanding environment, including nights and weekends
