Job Description
Departmental ObjectiveOur mission is to serve quality products with fast and friendly service in a clean atmosphere.
Purpose of the PositionThis position will ensure serving area is supplied with clean, sanitized china and service ware. This position also ensures that the dish room is operated in accordance with departmental and regulatory standards.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSA's) and/or Competencies required and preferredRequired:
Strong supervisory skills
Ability to read and write
Ability to communicate in writing or verbally to both supervisors and subordinates
Ability to work in congested work areas and areas where wet processes are used
Ability to wear protective footwear
Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification RequiredEducation Required: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience Required: Experience in a high volume food service establishment as a dishwasher. Prior supervisory experience.
Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification PreferredEducation Preferred: ServSafe Certified
