The Director, Provider Resolution directs the activities related to the provider resolution through the development and maintenance of the company's physician and provider delivery system across multiple states/markets or in a larger complex market, which includes several large Hospital Systems (exceeding $1B) and/or IPAs. Staff is typically located in multiple sites and/or states and utilizes multiple systems. Position requires significant and regular external contact with customers or agencies and knowledge of state/federal regulations.

How you will make an impact.

  • Direct the communication and complaint resolution strategies between physicians, hospitals, members, and the public.
  • Responsible for achieving individual and team performance goals/metrics and department budget accountability.
  • Hire, train, coach, counsel, and evaluate performance of direct reports.

Status: Full-time, Salaried with Bonus Potential, Work at Home in the central time zone preferred

Qualifications

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in business or health field
  • Minimum of 7 years of related experience, which should include managing direct reports
  • Any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
