Director, Provider Enablement
to work in their Health Plans division located in Richmond, VA!

Requirements:
Health Insurance Plan/Healthcare - 5 years AND
Previous Management Experience - 5 years

Education:
Minimum Bachelor's level degree*Master's degree preferred*
Position Details:

• Value-based Provider Enablement / Care Delivery Transformation experience, including all segments (Medicare, Medicaid and Commercial).
• Experience from the payor and provider side preferred, one required.
• Experience operating provider enablement portfolios under multiple VBC arrangement types (bundles, capitation, shared savings/risk)

Reports to the Vice President of Value Based Care (VBC). Responsible for the development and oversight of all Provider Enablement activities for VBC providers including, but not limited to care delivery transformation processes and methodologies, Joint Operating Committees (JOCs) and provider performance optimization under VBC arrangements. Researches and defines best practices, including engagement with local and national entities. Manages Provider Enablement staff and oversees relationships with VBC providers. Works in coordination with the Director, Value Based Care to inform VBC program design and develops Provider Enablement intervention strategies that align with VBC program design. Partners with VBC Analytics to continue to evolve our provider-facing VBC offerings such as Population Health Platform(s), care gap reporting, etc.
