The Director, Project Management plans and directs administrative and operational activities for the CEO and the Executive team members. Organizes and prioritizes critical issues and required information for the CEO to facilitate efficient decision making. This position acts as a point of contact or gatekeeper between top management, Board, and other stakeholders. Provides oversight and guidance to projects of high importance. Additionally, Director, Project Management may act as an advisor to the CEO with the ability to assume day-to-day responsibility for projects. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Has a strong entrepreneurial mindset.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Partners with the CEO to establish and measure short, mid, and long-term strategic priorities
- Collaborates with all levels of leadership and Board to align business plans, operations, actions, communications and accountability for goals and outcomes
- Establish strong relationships and partnerships across the company. Leverage partnerships to understand organizational insights and where necessary, initiate, and direct action to correct course before issues rise to the level requiring CEO intervention
- Acts as the central point of contact for the coordination of the CEO activities; prepare or oversee preparation of relevant documents and presentation materials
- Maintain a good understanding of current business issues and be able to provide timely advice to the CEO
- Assist CEO with internal and external communications, establish cadence for and drive functional operating meetings, executive staff meetings, Town Hall meetings, and business review meetings with the Board.
- Assess operational health, dashboards and scorecards that measure objectives and KPIs. Identify patterns and trends in both related and disparate data points. Brief CEO on findings, insights, and recommendations.
- Partners with Human Resources in hiring process for C-Suite level employees and workforce planning
- Works across the organization to develop monthly operating reviews and quarterly board presentations for board and investors

- Expert level skill in Microsoft Office suite required, with an emphasis on PowerPoint
- Excellent communicator in written and verbal form; at ease working with all levels of employees
- Thrives working on high leverage projects with ambiguity and are comfortable taking on “first time” assignments with no playbook
- Analytical thinking. Able to interpret, implement and build the “story” through data by providing understandable terms to reach all level of audiences
- Ability to prepare PowerPoint presentations that visualize strategy and results to effectively communicate to executive leadership and Board of Directors

- Ability to track, measure, and monitor multiple strategic projects on an ongoing basis

QUALIFICATIONS:Education: Bachelor’s degree business, accounting, finance, or related field. MBA preferred Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) preferredExperience:
- 3 to 5 years working at a management level with 2 years working directly with the C-Suite level and Board of Directors on a regular basis.
- Prior experience as an investment banking analyst or consultant highly desirable
- 3+ years directing and managing business critical, cross-functional digital healthcare technology programs and initiatives
- Experience in digital health, payor, broker, or wellness platform space preferred
- Experience with Microsoft BI and Salesforce.com is highly desired
- Experience with project management tools like Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, etc.
- Proven ability to track, prioritize, and drive multiple concurrent projects to success leveraging project management tools to track and report on progress
- Strong data-driven and analytical skills. Able to interpret data
