The Team

The Brokerage Chapter works within PI in the Independent Investor Domain. Our mission is to improve and maintain the Brokerage Trading Experience of PI Customers including providing outstanding digital experience (Mobile, Fid.com, Active Trader Pro), investment tools, brokerage operational support and other services to clients who are independent investors.

You will be part of on an agile inter-disciplinary team (e.g., product development, analytics, communications, marketing, experience developers, etc.) within the Personal Investing business at Fidelity.

Your Role

Your role will be working within the Acquisition & Loyalty Platforms area with a team of technical experts to scope and develop a subscriptions and billing capability that may be leveraged across Fidelity. You will use your business analysis skills to work across a broad base of partners to identify functionality needs and dependencies for existing programs, as well as new and evolving programs.

You will partner with development teams, QA, and others on requirements, design, testing, and implementation of solutions throughout the development lifecycle. You will lead and conduct business analyses in order to formulate and make recommendations. You will identify and define solutions to business problems, through creation and documentation of business and process specifications. This position requires an ambitious thinker and collaborator who demonstrates analytical thinking, a passion for data, active listening, and champions continuous improvement.

  • We may hire this role at a Manager, Director depending upon the experience of the chosen candidate.
  • Preferred locations for this position are Smithfield RI, Merrimack NH
The Expertise You Have

You are an upbeat, results-oriented teammate who is client obsessed and loves working collaboratively to craft and deliver outstanding client experiences on high visibility projects for senior Fidelity leaders!

The ideal candidate has 5 years of proven experience in Financial Services/Credit Card/Subscription Capabilities.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of business analyst techniques, for example: benchmarking, business rules analysis, and user stories, user acceptance testing and product documentation.
  • Agile mentality: experience with Jira, Confluence, Mural or similar Agile backlog management tool preferred
  • Background in credit card, subscription capabilities preferred
  • Product development and project management experience a plus
  • BA/BS required
