We are looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources SME to drive hr related Projects/Programs throughout the year. This position requires a person with well-rounded HR knowledge and an individual who won’t miss details while guiding multiple teams while delivering programs on time and on task. Additionally, this role is ideal for someone who can thrive in an unstructured, collaborative environment and can distill complex problems into actionable work and help to drive projects to completion.

You will work closely with cross-functional leaders across HR teams to define and deliver critical initiatives to support Cloudera’s business growth. Your work will be complex and vary in both strategic focus and project management

What You’ll Do

  • Manage various cross functional Human Resource Programs and Projects

  • Maintain Program/Project portfolio status reporting and governance for key stakeholders and executive leadership team

  • Manage and align cross Project timelines, dependencies, decisions, and constraints

  • Align and identify resource requirements across strategic Projects

  • Identify Project bottlenecks and proactively communicate and monitor resolution

  • Manage Project budgets – including initial estimation, tracking of actuals, and understanding variances

  • Create, maintain and improve Project management templates, playbooks, and tools to ensure a cohesive approach for the team

Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified

  • Proven experience in an HR leadership and project management related role.

  • Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices

  • Experience with standard project management tools, methodologies, processes, governance, metrics and frameworks including Agile and Scrum methodology

  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Attention to detail – ability to work with a large number of trackers, update templates and ability to consolidate and simplify to drive clarity

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and across geography

  • BSc/BA in human resources, business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA in human resources will be a pluse
