Utilize your logistics expertise and managerial skills in a manufacturing environment. Drive and spearhead a talented logistics team responsible for the development of Honeywell products. You will leverage your extensive technical experience and skills to drive and coach your team in managing all challenging inbound and outbound material and processes, as well as providing strategic plans to manage all material and processes within the stockroom. By collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, you will balance team workload and drive exceptional team performance with high impact for the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create logistics strategy and lead the implementation
  • Manage overall operational targets
  • Lead Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP)
  • Partner with customers
  • Achieve budgets
  • Evaluate material flow
  • Ensure transaction compliance
  • Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork
  • Drive team excellence and talent retention
  • Lead to drive continuous improvement culture
YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Distribution or transportation experience
  • Strong business acumen
WE VALUE
  • Extensive experience in Logistics or relevant functions in Integration Supply Chain
  • Extensive experience in Supervision/Managerial role
  • Think independently and handle multiple projects through to completion
  • Excellent collaboration and influence with management and cross function teams
  • Independent work initiative, sound judgment, diplomacy, analytical ability and professional demeanor
  • Ability to lead people/team and engage/mentor staffs
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
