The MUSA Treasurer primary responsibilities are:

  • Ensure that the firm has adequate liquidity and capital to support business needs and manage liquidity and capital risk to ensure that the legal entity survives the Board mandated Risk Appetite.

  • Remain cost conscious about funding structure and reduce the drag of holding buffer assets in line with the Investment Guideline.

  • Implement and oversee the FX hedging of the balance sheet.

  • Implement Liquidity Policy and uphold the principles of the Global Treasury.

  • Work closely with Global colleagues and US counterparts to ensure that MUSA is aligned with broker dealer practices and aligned with US regulatory expectations.

  • Coordinate ALCO meeting and documents.

  • Adhere to all EPS requirements including Intraday monitoring, collateral management, cash flow forecasting, stress testing, and compliance with ALM guidelines.
