The Director of Brand Acceptance will develop and manage high volume merchant relationships as well as prospective large merchant clients. Day to day activities include market development/networking for offering SHAZAM brand acceptance and the priority routing of activities utilizing the SHAZAM brand. To be successful in this role, this sales and relationship professional must have experience working with large merchants and expertise in the debit network industry including interchange income, network rules and regulations, and how transactions are routed, authorized, settled, and cleared. This position will work closely with various internal departments to ensure consistency and collaboration with Executive Management. You will be expected to establish and maintain strong relationships with strategic high-volume merchants to develop and implement SHAZAM brand acceptance and routing opportunities, and promote new product offerings such as transaction sets, as needed.
