Job Description
Direct Support Professional - Club Erie

$12.75/hour

As a Direct Support Professional you will be helping adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities foster independence. You will be there every step of the way in the Club Erie Day Program as our individuals gain valuable new skills.

Responsibilities for Direct Support Professional – Club Erie include:
  • Transporting clients in the community using our company vehicles
  • Implementing goal plans
  • Independently instructing individuals in community-based activities
  • Creating lesson plans
  • Following activity schedules
  • Participating in interesting, growth-oriented community outings with program attendees.

Monday - Friday, first shift, 37.5 hours per week

Qualifications for Direct Support Professional - Club Erie:
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Eligibility for State Police Criminal Record Check and Child Abuse History Clearance
  • FBI clearance required for individuals who do not meet PA residency requirements
