COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• $32,000 salary + commission**

WORK ENVIRONMENT & HOURS

• This is a physical role that will be expected to work outside in most elements
• Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 12:00pm – 8:00pm and every other Saturday from 9:00am – 2:00pm

While working as a Marketer, you'll be working alongside and learning from the best representatives in the roofing industry. You will be trained on proper sales communication on how to educate the prospective homeowner, how to identify storm damage, and how to turn a lead into a sale. When you excel in this position you will be recognized and be given the opportunity to move into our inspector/sales position. On average within the first 60-90 days, you will have the opportunity for your first promotion either into a sales role or a management position.

**On average, our marketers make $52,000-$90,000 and our sales reps earn $100,000 to $200,000+ per year.
