Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience supporting medium to large sized corporations.
  • Excellent understanding of Windows 10 and MacOS required
  • Experience with iOS, iPadOS, and Android mobile operating systems
  • Strong Microsoft Office365 application suite usage skillset, including Teams, Visio, Sharepoint, and Outlook
  • Working knowledge of HTML
  • Experience with content distribution networks (HDMI over network)
  • Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple projects and task management from intake to execution
  • Understanding of Microsoft administrative tools including Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Print Server, Remote Desktop Access, Intune
  • You understand how the internet works and networking principals (i.e. TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, TLS, Certificates, etc)
  • Excellent communication and writing skills with the ability to explain complex topics in easy to understand and concise language
  • Experience with Zoom, Webex, and other conferencing platforms in both a support role and administration
  • Experience with hardware/software conferencing solutions like Zoom and Zoom Rooms, Teams
  • Great problem-solving abilities, a curious nature, and a genuine interest in learning new technology
  • Strong emotional intelligence: ability to intuit customer sentiment and match their tone to ensure you communicate in the method they’ll relate to most
  • Exceptional ability to collaborate across multiple teams and represent technical details to different audiences
  • Cable management skills to maintain organizes workstations, data closets, and conference rooms
  • Troubleshooting multimedia equipment
  • Experience supporting in person and web streaming events from AV perspective in corporate setting a plus
  • Knowledge of audio-visual equipment including microphones, mixers, projectors, and codecs a plus
  • Tableau or similar presentation/dashboard application is a plus
  • After hours monitoring and support is required
  • Ability to work after hours and weekends
  • Travel required to branch offices for setup and maintenance
  • Willingness to primarily work in the office in Mount Laurel, NJ

Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintain high visibility, enterprise digital signage across all locations in a dynamic environment.
  • Work directly with Senior management in our call centers and the Marketing team.
  • Perform daily health checks on all equipment across the country.
  • Provide recommendations on both hardware and software solutions.
  • Provide technical support for troubleshooting and field technicians.
  • Troubleshoot and repair hardware/software
  • Help Desk ticketing software to manage service tickets and document support provided.
  • Respond to phone, email and walk up notification of requests and issues.
  • Manage audio/visual hardware in meeting areas
  • Troubleshoot workstation connectivity
  • Professional C suite/Executive level support
  • Tablet and mobile device support
  • Provide remote and onsite software and hardware maintenance and administration.
  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to software and hardware
  • Ability to work at a high level of independence, utilizing other resources with good judgment
  • Coordinate activities with 3rd party vendors as needed
  • Engage end users gathering requirements and user training as needed
  • Ability to ascertain client technical requirements, define a project, create a project scope of work, develop detailed associated tasks and manage these to completion
  • Maintain equipment inventory and organize AV areas and control rooms
  • Updating user manuals and reference & troubleshooting guides related to supported environment
  • Maintain relevant and current knowledge and be a leader within assigned technical field
  • Prioritize work efforts and multi-task in a very fast-paced environment
  • Adaptable to learn new technologies as needed
  • High level of professionalism during interactions with customers and vendors
  • Domestic travel up to 10%, regional and local travel up to 15% in personal vehicle
  • Occasionally lift equipment up to 30 pounds due to emergency hardware failures and/or when immediate replacement is required
  • Installation of various IT equipment including but not limited monitors, workstations, TVs, AV hardware

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelors in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Technical degree in area of computer science, info tech, AV or related field or work experience
  • CTS Certification, CompTIA A+ certification a plus
