We’re hiring a digital leader for our Pittsburgh office. In this Digital Program Manager role, you will lead all aspects of digital project management including execution, testing, analysis and process for agency clients. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operations of numerous digital projects. Job Responsibilities:

Lead

• Collaborate with client and client’s partner to provide client with a seamless, integrated digital bug free product
• Project requirement gathering, planning including estimating and execution of digital marketing projects
• Presents effectively at all levels and with diverse audiences including peers, senior leadership and clients

Inspire

• You will need to collaborate with junior team members for testing so mentoring and coaching them will be key
• Innovation

Oversee

• Oversee numerous digital projects and ensure all work is started and completed on brief and poised for measurable success
• Timelines with adequate timing to meet client deadlines
• Establish close working relationship with client and client’s partner
• Quality assurance (testing) is crucial and a big role in the job to ensure error-free work
• Client status meetings and calls

Reach

• Connect to senior leadership with ongoing client and team updates
• Study industry trends and reports, evaluate client research, and provide forward-thinking POVs and value-added ideas to influence client decision-making and grow the business

Position Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (marketing, advertising, computer science or a related discipline) and 7 years' prior work experience preferably in an agency and/or digital marketing environment
• It is critical you are a tech-savvy professional and are extremely well versed in various digital channels such as website and mobile app functionality
• Proven project management track record
• Proven digital testing/QA experience
• Extremely detail oriented
• Solid organization and time management skills
• HTML/CSS
• Content management system experience
• Understanding of user experience / information architecture
• Self-motivated; team oriented with strong leadership skills
• You must be proactive, rather than reactive, and can take direction from supervisors
• High level of skill with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
• A command of the room, through outstanding presentation skills
• Excellent written communications, organizational, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Occasional travel to support clients
