Position Summary:

Titan’s Digital Marketing Manager will most importantly be responsible for driving revenue and improving marketing ROI by building a solid digital marketing plan, closely managing the department’s budget and optimizing the department’s advertising expenses. The selected individual’s success in this role will be a critical driver to the overall profitability of the company.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute the digital marketing strategy for the company with focus on keyword analysis, social media strategy, campaign planning and KPI monitoring.
  • Optimize bidding strategy for digital advertising to maximize ROI.
  • Manage email marketing program, including drip campaigns, in the overall marketing and campaign strategy. Working with analytics and systems to better target and segment emails to improve performance.
  • Measure website performance and work to convert sales from third-party channels to direct website.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to create customer acquisition marketing programs with the overarching goal of driving brand awareness, traffic, conversion and revenue.
  • Work with the Data Analysts to research, understand, and communicate new digital marketing opportunities. Present ideas, with a data-driven business plan, to Leadership Team.
  • Drive continuous improvement through implementation of new and creative ideas by developing and implementing a robust test and learn plan.
  • Work with agency partner to conduct customer personal research. Leverages consumer insights to ideate and test new digital marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in the management of the Marketing department’s annual budget and financial objectives
  • Manage team of 3-5 Marketing Specialists

Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional Project management skills
  • Ability to manage a team of staff-level employees
  • Time management skills, ability to manage conflicting priorities
  • Knowledge of the agricultural industry is a plus

Qualifications, Experience, and Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree required/ related field of study preferred (i.e. Marketing, Econ, Data Science)

REQUIRED:

  • CPC Management experience
  • SEO experience
  • Ecommerce experience

PREFERRED:

  • Affiliate marketing experience
  • Experience in the agricultural or fitness industry/ies.
  • Third party selling platform experience (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc.)
  • Display marketing experience
  • Experience using Magento

SYSTEMS EXPERIENCE:

  • Predictive Marketing
  • Display Marketing
  • AdWords
  • Social Media – Ad Experience
  • Email Marketing (ESP)
  • Customer Segmentation
  • ERP System (NetSuite is a plus)
