Job Description

Our marketing team is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to support the E-Business team in executing Hilti Online website content projects and website operations.

What does the role involve?

Provide website content creation support and maintenance, including fixing technical errors, uploading and maintaining documents, pulling reports, posting press releases, etc.
Responsible for cataloging and fixing site issues and errors to improve SEO performance, including broken links, broken images, etc.
Clearly and succinctly communicate all issues, risks, and mitigation strategies in a timely manner to the project team and stakeholders
Deliver tactical and support projects/initiatives on?time, within budget, and within scope
Provide secondary support to customers and internal team members through email, chat, and telephone support all in support of Hilti Online topics including order entry, features, and services
Communicate with customers and internal teams as required to gather information or execute a campaign
Provide excellent customer service and follow-up to internal and external customers
Collect, classify, and provide customer feedback
Provide support in release testing
Additional Duties, as assigned

What you need is:
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 1-2 years of related e-commerce and digital marketing work experience preferred
  • Experience with content management systems (Adobe Experience Manager) preferred
  • The ability to learn technical systems
  • Internet savvy and highly computer literate
  • Ability to understand complex material and explain technical concepts clearly, concisely, and logically
  • Customer focused
