Job Description

Great Dental Websites (www.greatdentalwebsites.com) is seeking a new Digital Account Manager to work with our growing list of clients on their marketing needs.

The Position

The Account Manager will be responsible for ongoing communication with our clients. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of SEO, Paid Search, and marketing strategy. Our clients look to us to walk them through these processes, answer their questions, and advise them on best practices.

Experience Requirements

  • Qualified candidates will be self-motivated and have a positive attitude. You must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
  • 1-2 years minimum experience with agency and/or account management
  • College degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with dental, or medical fields a major plus
  • Experience in customer service

Responsibilities

  • Ability to drive revenue and grow assigned accounts
  • Collaborate with creative and other departments to ensure delivery of great work
  • Achieve client’s marketing goals
  • Ensuring profitability and efficiency while utilizing company resources
  • Dedicated proactive monthly communication with clients through monthly meetings and calls
  • Send out monthly reports
  • Work with team to provide relevant recommendations and advice for our clients
  • Reviewing performance of assigned accounts on a consistent basis
  • Responding to phone and email communication from clients in a timely, professional manner
  • Advocate for and problem solve for clients
  • Educate clients on effective marketing strategy/best practices
  • Work with our internal team to complete client requests
  • Upselling clients with needed, relevant services
  • Keep up to date on best marketing practices including SEO guidelines
  • Keep clients happy

  • SEO knowledge
  • Experience with Content Management Systems or HTML
  • Experience with online project or client management software
  • Experience managing and updating websites

This is a full time, salaried position. Salary commensurate with experience.

In order to remain HIPAA-compliant, we have a set standard operating procedure that the company must abide by. Background checks, initial and annual HIPAA trainings, and logging any breaches with our Security Officer are mandatory. All employees are required to sign a NDA that agrees to keep all ePHI confidential indefinitely.

Pay: $36,562.00 - $57,000.00 per year
