Full Job Description:

The Digital Marketing Specialist will work with a variety of team members and will be the sole driving force for the creative direction of campaigns including: email marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, website content, website design, ecommerce listings and more. The ideal applicant will have a focus ecommerce, and a desire to establish digital marketing strategy on social media platforms.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for an innovative digital marketer. You should have command of best practices and trends in search engine marketing and optimization, paid advertising and media buys, and social media marketing, while being able to make recommendations, and ensure appropriate adjustments are made to improve overall sales conversion rates.

This person will manage our online ecommerce portfolio, and will be primarily responsible for our online social media presence.

Primary Duties:

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, social media, and ecommerce platforms.
  • Measure performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
  • Identify trends and insights; optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
  • Develop and improve company branding.
  • Prepare accurate reports on marketing campaign’s overall performance.
  • Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting ecommerce platforms.
  • Evaluate important metrics that affect website traffic, social media following, and target audience.

Other Duties

  • Develop digital strategy focused on paid social and content marketing campaigns to drive prospect engagement and website traffic.
  • Plan and execute paid social and content campaigns.
  • Evaluate betas and partner with the vendors to ensure we have market insights and the best optimization strategy.
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance.
  • Measure performance, providing testing and competitive updates, and adjust strategy based on data.
  • Think strategically and be insightful with objective to grow social media presence and website conversions.
  • Brainstorm and drive new and creative growth strategies.
  • Work cohesively within ownership to provide feedback, updates, results, or new ideas.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing Preferred
  • Experience generating digital leads in ecommerce preferred
  • Familiarity with HTML preferred
  • Ability to work in a focused and effective manner
  • Understands how to create and optimize budgets to create successful campaigns
  • Experience in creating digital strategies from concept to execution
  • Ability to use Photoshop to create and maintain product listings
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Google Shopping, Amazon, Newegg preferred
  • Solid organizational skills
  • Ability to generate information quickly with minimal errors
  • Capable of providing analysis and insight into list performance
  • Ability and willingness to show above & beyond work ethic

Schedule: Monday thru Friday 9 AM - 5:00 PM

Compensation:

  • $40,000 - $50,000
  • Paid Bi-Weekly
