WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Contribute to the craftsmanship, availability, resilience, and scalability of our commercial products and in-house solutions
• Lead improvements to developer productivity through the building of scripts, tools, and other services
• Build and maintain tools needed during release cycles, to a diverse set of environments
• Work with product managers to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios
• Design & build high-performant, reliable systems which scale effectively as the solutions grow
• Responsible for the installation, maintenance, configuration and integrity of computer software.
• Implements service enhancements that will improve the reliability and performance of the system.
• IT Security & Compliance.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• Ability to design and optimize CI/CD value streams, within a fast-paced AGILE environment.
• Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in software development, with emphasis on DevOps engineering.
• Strong experience and familiarity with tools & technologies such as; Angular, Java, Python, Bash, Docker, and others.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipeline tools such as; Jenkins, Octopus, Ansible, & TerraForm.
• Strong Experience with Cloud technologies, AWS, Azure, & VMware. Professional level certification(s) preferred.
• Passion for excellence in IT Services.
• Ability to foster creative solutions leveraging open source technologies whenever possible.
• Have a high level of accountability.
• Ideal candidate would also have experience working within DoD restricted environments.
• A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science or related field.
• Eligible for or possessing a top-secret security clearance.
• This position requires U.S. Citizenship.

This position is located at our headquarters in Jeffersonville, Indiana, just minutes from downtown Louisville, Kentucky. Many positions with EAGLE6 require a security clearance.
