Job Description
- Sr/Jr associate with experience in Oracle Forms, PL SQL
- Experience in technical & functional support for inhouse applications
- Application support in Oracle technologies, plsql, sql procédures
- Unix Scripting
- End user support for production issues (L2)
- Configuration management & Tools admin server support
- Involvement in change control tools version upgrades in TEST, UAT and PROD environments
- Tools monitoring & scripts enhancement.
- Document HLD & LLD per the revised customer specs
- Customer coordination for all the support activities
- Ability to solve problems within SLA timeframes
