Dental Reception/Dental Front Desk/Front Desk Patient Coordinator

Do you love working with kids and serving the community?

We are looking for 1 FRONT DESK PATIENT COORDINATOR who

• Is bilingual (Spanish)
• Has experience using Dental software, preferably EAGLESOFT (We will train the right candidate.)
• Is knowledgeable in scheduling patients, insurance, dental coding and billing
• Works well as part of a team
• Is available to work 20-30 hours per week (occasional Saturdays 9am-2pm)
• Puts both their head and heart into their work and patient care
• Has strong communication and telephone skills including use of proper grammar
• Keeps a positive attitude, is friendly, and loves working with children
• Is organized, punctual and reliable
• Optional: Dental Assisting experience

We are a nonprofit pediatric dental office that provides all children with access to comprehensive dental care and where children and their families are educated on the importance of dental hygiene

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $23.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Dental office experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Eaglesoft/Dental Software: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• Spanish (Required)
