Dental Assistant/Sterilization Technician

Our specialty practice is looking to hire a full-time Sterilization Technician who will support our clinical team with seeing patients throughout the day. In the past, after several months working as a Sterilization Tech, this team member has transitioned into a Chairside Orthodontic Assistant position. So, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start a career in orthodontics! Orthodontic experience is not required. We are looking for an individual who is responsible, has a positive and uplifting attitude, and has a "team first" work ethic. While a Registered Dental License is not required for this position, we are specifically seeking individuals who either have an RDA License or plan to obtain one.

Job Responsibilities: As a sterilization technician, you will be a key component of our clinical team and develop skills that will lead to a life-long career. To do this, you will have to have a team attitude. You will be doing a variety of tasks to assist the clinical team, such as setting up and cleaning up appointments, running our sterilization equipment, folding and packaging instruments, keeping our dental units stocked, and helping us prepare for appointments later in the week. You will also be part of our Legendary Gluck Experience, interacting with our patients and their families, and making friends at the same time! This is an awesome opportunity for someone looking to start a career in ortho and potentially become trained as an assistant.
