We are seeking bright, outgoing and focused individuals to join our growing Dealer Services Support team in our Northbrook Corporate offices. Be part of an expanding company that has built its reputation and success on providing best-in-industry programs and award-winning customer service.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Dealer Services Support Specialist will provide support to our National Business Development Team and Agents and respond to dealership/customer queries. You will provide customer service and sales support by fulfilling supply orders, tracking and managing sales databases, and resolving any emerging problems that our Sales team, agents, dealers and customers may face with accuracy and efficiency. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction. You will be required to make and manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls. You will be part of a highly functional, successful Dealer Services Support team.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
High School education or equivalent is required. Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with knowledge of sales and customer service best practices and goal oriented. We expect you to perform well in a team environment and have exceptional people skills. Successful completion of the company’s training program is required.

ESSENTIAL TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage customer contracts, follow-up with customers, dealers, and agents for administrative purposes, and provide troubleshooting assistance with supply orders, account statuses, and other emerging problems
  • Provide administrative assistance, data and guides to the National Business Development and Management teams
  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
  • Perform data entry tasks for sales and other relevant information, and maintain an organized and accessible filing system
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance for system logins, account statuses, and other system issues
  • Create and fulfill supply orders and materials on time to meet production schedules and deadlines, process requests for rush orders, and review pending dealer and agent order requests to ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain and perform physical inventory on all collateral and supplies
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to collateral and supply orders
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives effectively, and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:

  • Automotive, dealership and/or warranty administration experience preferred
  • Proven work experience in sales support and customer service
  • Genuinely excited to help customers

  • Problem-solving comes naturally, you enjoy troubleshooting and resolving customer problems
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Hands-on experience with data entry or finance and insurance systems such as PCRS, SCS or F&I Admin and familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to recognize a problem or potential problem and react quickly and effectively
  • Must be a proactive and enthusiastic team player
  • Punctuality and dependability are crucial
  • Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and Adobe Acrobat

COVID-19 considerations:
