As part of our Operations team, you’ll reimagine connectivity through innovative business strategies, operational analysis and distribution channel expansion as we continue to shape the future of retail wireless.What you will be doingWe are seeking a strategic forward thinker to develop best-in-class compensation design and analysis to drive profitability and growth in our dealer channel. The successful Dealer Compensation Manager will work cross-functionally across sales, operations and finance to develop, analyze and implement new dealer compensation strategies to support all DISH Retail Wireless brands. In this role, you will:
  • Design compensation models and structures for new brand launches;
  • Partner with the Real Estate Strategy team to analyze dealer profitability and health;
  • Drive numerous ad hoc projects and initiatives across all retail wireless brands focused on the dealer channel at over 6,000 locations.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, operations or related field;
  • Five or more years experience in consulting, strategy, operations, finance operation or related experience;
  • Previous experience in retail wireless or MVNO;
  • Previous experience at a large retailer with heavy dependence on retail (brick and mortar) distribution.
