We are seeking a teacher for 25-30 hours per week that is available M-F. You should love spending quality time and engaging with young children between infant - 12 years old. We rarely exceed a 1:3 ratio and have all sorts of home-cooked yummy meals, story times, and theme-weeks. Unfortunately, the teachers can't take naps after activities like the children do, but we do make up for it with a sane adult/child ratio, competitive pay, and a structured environment.

You will work along with 4 other teachers and the owner. We normally have 7-12 children per time. We have an awesome team with experience in many fields such as Early childhood education, Elementary Education, Art education, Spanish education, and more.

What's required:

* A passion for early childhood education and a love of working with young children.
* COMPLETED DCYF requirements: Background check, STARS ID, and 20 or 30h training confirmation, food handler permit etc.).

What's nice to have:

* Second language (Spanish, Chinese,) and a desire to teach.
* A musical background, yoga/gymnastic teaching background and a desire to perform and teach.

Experience:

• Childcare: 1 year (Preferred)
• working with infant and toddlers: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Child Development Associate Certification (Preferred)
• 30 STARS (Preferred)
