Job Description

Preferred Qualifications

  • Must have experience with Adobe Analytics Workspace
  • 2 years of experience working with data sets
  • 2 years of experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis
  • SQL or other querying languages to create data sets
  • Strong background in mathematics, applied statistics or a related field
  • 3 years in Conversion Rate Optimization/AB testing
  • Experience partnering and building strong relationships with internal teams to test, build, launch and improve marketing sites and overall web experience
  • Experience investigating and troubleshooting Adobe Target and A4T anomalies under launched Adobe Target activities
  • Ability to recommend data collection and analysis strategies for a wide array of projects

Job Summary

The Data Solutions Analyst is part of the Digital Data organization and is responsible for supporting Adobe Analytics and our Conversion Rate Optimization program. The successful candidate will gather, analyze, and report data to support clients, team members and business leaders in decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to recognize and use KPIs to prioritize work in a constantly changing environment
  • Leverage data from multiple sources, including web, application, email, and down-funnel, to perform advanced analysis and derive actionable insights about the overall applicant experience
  • Drive cross-channel, full-funnel conversion strategy and optimization for the client's program portfolio through structured experimentation, encompassing hypothesis development, experiment design, implementation oversight, and test conclusion.
