Scope: The Data Management Manager is responsible for coordinating with departmental managers and senior management to outline the specific data needs at various onsite residential centers. This position is responsible for providing services for on-site clinic health units or events for Caliburn Commercial and Government contracts for rapid deployments to support emergency and disaster efforts. This is a temporary position and length of assignment may vary based on operational needs and client requirements. This position reports to the Site Lead at the on-site clinic health unit. Duties and Responsibilities: Forms part of the administrative services team who provide ongoing support to CHS programs to support agency-wide development of programs, program expansion, special projects, and strategies for agency growth. Develops software solutions for the HIS BU by studying requirements analysis and information needs; conferring with stakeholders and IT management; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; performs software design using software development fundamentals and processes, debug, test, and deploy software solutions Design, develop and maintain key components of the software suite such as classic ASP, Microsoft .Net and SharePoint Server 2007 and new versions. Assists with the writing of all policies and procedures, corrective action plans, deployment infrastructure plans, and after-action reports. Able to readily deploy and assist in the establishment of a new program/shelter expansion or relief of an employee. Performs audits of programmatic procedures to ensure proper monitoring, management, and compliance with policies and procedures. Ensures our programs information remained protected and confidential. Use statistical methods to analyze data and generate useful business reports. Work with HIS BU management team to create a prioritized list of needs for various business sections. Identify and recommend new ways to save money by streamlining business processes. Develop solutions for tracking bed assignments and changes for residents living in a residential facility. Responsible for the development and oversight of daily census within various onsite residential facilities. Sets up solutions to manage and track mass residential intakes and transfers. Responsible for adhering to CHS and contract regulations. Performs duties in a safe manner. Follows the corporate safety policy. Participates and supports safety meetings, training, and goals. Ensures safe operating conditions within an area of responsibility. Encourages co-workers to work safely. Identifies “close calls” and/or safety concerns to supervisory personnel. Maintains a clean and orderly work area. Supports active implementation of company initiatives to ensure compliance with OSHA VPP, ISO, JCAHO and other mandated regulatory or conformance regulations/standards. JOB REQUIREMENTS Qualifications: Experience in data analysis, running and generating reports from system applications. Attention to detail and commitment to high quality/error-free deliverables. Must be motivated, independent and self-sufficient. Able to receive an assigned task and see it through to completion with minimal supervision. Advanced proficiency with computers and common office equipment, as well as with MS Office products and SharePoint. Able to multi-task, detail-oriented, organized and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Preferred Bachelor’s degree: MSc Business Intelligence, Data Science or Organizational Psychology. Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Software Development or related field. Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) designation earned through the Data Management International program. Advanced SharePoint experience. Physical Requirements: Work involves sitting and standing for prolonged periods of time. May require bending, stooping and lifting as required for patient care and transport.
