Data Entry Specialist

Job Summary

The Data Entry Specialist is an integral member of the internal accounts payable team. The primary functional area is data entry of high volume patient/client information into the billing system.

This position is not a remote position and is to be performed from CSI Laboratories' Alpharetta, GA office.

Summary of Essential Job Functions:

• Data Entry: Enters high volume of patient/client information into billing system with an emphasis on detail and accuracy (primary functional area).
• Client/Physician/Hospital Follow-Up: Contact clients, physician offices, and hospitals to relay and/or obtain pertinent information and/or documents to effectively bill insurance claims and client invoices.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite software
• Non-technical laboratory personnel must complete at least six hours of continuing education annually
