• Fostering strong relationships with current and prospective clients to maintain client retention.
• Responding to queries, problem solving, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Treating each client interaction as an opportunity to educate and round accounts.
• Shopping renewals, developing insurance quotes, and issuing certificates of insurance.
• Working closely with producers and other coworkers to lay the groundwork for sales presentations and enhance the client experience.

• Property & Casualty License Required.
• 1+ years insurance customer service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer and technology proficiency.
