Cybersecurity Analyst

Job Summary: Amentum is actively recruiting a Cybersecurity Analyst to provide Cybersecurity and Information Assurance (IA) support to Team Submarine Cyber. The position is located in classified facilities on the Washington Navy Yard, Washington, DC, but provides one day of optional telecommute every other week.

The candidate will provide:

• Afloat system Accreditation & Assessment (A&A) portfolio management
• Working knowledge or expertise in the various steps and implementation of the DoD's Risk Management Framework
• Cybersecurity technical document review, consolidation, and feedback
• Development of Cybersecurity SOPs, templates and business rules
• Proficiency with Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS)
• Administrative support including meeting coordination, minutes recording, and workflow coordination
• Document staffing and familiarity with Department of Navy and Department of Defense correspondence
• Cybersecurity related document/artifact repository management
• TeamSub Cyber workflow coordination and inter-departmental coordination (NAVSEA, NUWC, PEO(SUBS), TSUB-A, external agencies)

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or equivalent and five (5) years of relevant experience. Two (2) years of job-related experience may be substituted for each year of college
• Two (2) years of IT/CS/IA work experience
• U.S. citizenship with an active SECRET Security Clearance (or above)

Preferred Qualifications:

• DoD or DoN Cybersecurity Workforce (CSWF) Certification or compliance (DODD 8140.01, DODD 8570.01, or SECNAV M-5239.2)
• TOP SECRET clearance eligible background investigation within the last five (5) years
• DISA Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) certification
