Job Description

We are a small family business manufacturing and selling aviation headsets since 2004. We manufacture our product on-site and sell direct to end users. We are primarily internet/phone based with few walk-in customers. We pride ourselves on being "Made in the USA" and supporting local business.

We currently work out of a home in the Black Forest, but are in the process of building a new facility near Woodmen & Powers which we expect to be completed in early 2023.

We are looking for a motivated, organized, friendly individual to work full-time helping us in our daily operations.

Primary duties include:
- Customer Support (taking orders, answering questions, outbound calls, technical support, troubleshooting over the phone, etc)

- Shipping product worldwide

- Processing new and repair orders and Maintaining order information
- Miscellaneous

Requirements:
- Computer Skills
- Reliable, snow capable transportation
- Flexibility

As a small business, flexibility is a must and we are looking for an individual willing to do jobs outside of their primary duties, as needed. This can include testing product, assembling boxes, picking up inventory from local suppliers, etc.
