Bright River offers complex image-, video editing and CGI (3D) modelling services. We have offices in Haarlem (NLD), New York (US), Chennai (IND) and Dhaka (BAN). We are a service provider and our clients outsource their entire post production process to Bright River.

We offer the same flexibility, trust and control that clients would expect from their in-house studios.

At Bright River we keep on innovating by investing heavily in Research & Development to increase the competitive advantage for our clients in their online presentation of their products. Our R&D focuses on constant improvement of automation in our post-production application STREAM, usage of 3D models in Augmented Reality apps and the possibilities to increase conversion bases op data analysis. We also deliver new products for example Pos3d, where we combine previously shot model photography with on-mannequin shot imagery into high quality on model photography.

Our succes is based on the talent of our people. A unique mix of nationalities spread over our different locations in Europe, US and Asia. To improve our clients better we are expanding our Client Success team in Haarlem, the Netherlands.

What are we looking for?

• You are an experienced Client Succes Manager, 8-10 years, and have a proven trackrecord.

• You know how to onboard new clients into an organisation.

• You can manage projects and work together with different departments in- and externally.

• You have knowledge and experience in working with Adobe Photoshop and affinity with photography.

• You are service and client service focused by heart.

• You are pro active, flexible and have the ability to adapt quickly.

• You are independent, feel responsible and have a large dosis positive energy.

• You are critical, analytical and love to solve challenges.

You enjoy working with different people and different cultures and understand that you need to involve people who are important in the process and inform them continuously. You are a goalgetter and are solution driven.

Your focus

• You will be responsible for your clients and will be finding out how our clients operate, what their goals are, understand how they are organised and have multi level relationships.

• You will be onboarding new clients to our company and making sure the onboard goes smoothly and meeting and/or exceeding expectations.

• You will service (y)our clients with technical advise on production-workflow integration, specification documents, quality and consistency, project planning either via phone, email or in person.

• You are responsible for the progress of projects and jobs provided by clients and you communicate about this with the client and the internal teams.

• You will become the connection between our US clients and our production locations in Asia.

• You will be responsible for offering positive client experiences and continuous improvement of the customer journey.

• You will build and maintain long lasting relationships with your clients and also visit them every now and them.
