Job Description:

  • Provide outstanding Customer Service to our customers
  • Monitor customer’s deliveries and communicate timely with customers as needed
  • Monitor purchase orders through Excel reports
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and text
  • Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment on multiple computer systems

. Requirements:

Below is a list of requirements/qualifications necessary to be considered for these positions:

  • Minimum of 1 year customer service
  • Must take initiative, be self-directed and have good time management skills
  • Must be organized and detail orientated
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office especially Excel
  • Ability to work weekends & evenings and most holidays
