Position overview:

The Customer Service Representative position involves resolving customer issues regarding the installation and troubleshooting of our mobile communication products via inbound telephone calls. No outbound calls! We will provide all required training in order for you to be successful on the job. Position is seasonal for a period of up to 6 months with the possibility of becoming permanent depending on company need and job performance.

Position will be a remote work from home position. All needed equipment including a computer will be provided. Must be located in the state of Utah (or within 50 miles from St. George, Utah if you are a Nevada or Arizona resident).

Schedule is Monday through Friday roughly 7 am to 4 pm, 8 am to 5 pm, or 9 am to 6 pm MST (some flexibility on hours is available). Must be willing to work occasional Saturdays and holidays as needed.

A day on the job may include:

  • Demonstrate knowledge and experience in mobile communications devices and/or electronics
  • Address and solve customer-related issue in a timely manner
  • Complete all work duties within an expected time frame
  • Be patient, courteous and friendly with customers at all times
  • Exhibit a positive attitude
  • Perform other tasks as assigned

  • Have strong computer skills including familiarity with Windows-based programs such as Microsoft productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn
  • Are self-motivated and able to use available resources to be knowledgeable

Extra Awesome:

  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Fluency in Spanish (verbal and written)
  • Experience with consumer electronics
