Acceptance Now is a fun and exciting place to work. We offer families and individuals a chance to get brand new furniture for their home with NO CREDIT NEEDED!!!

We are looking for AWESOME Team members to help us grow and succeed.

Our associates will…

1. Work with the sales people inside our host store to help them close deals

2. Explain our program to potential customers and help them get the furniture they WANT or NEED

3. Fill out customer applications on an iPad to help get them approved

4. Create lease agreements for every new customer and be able to explain it

5. Make marketing calls to potential new customers, telling them about our great program

6. Send mailers and emails to potential new customers, spreading the Acceptance Now name

7. Call past due customers daily in an effort to get them back on track to ownership of their furniture

8. Help customers with service or delivery issues

9. Help the sales manager with daily tasks and reporting to ensure an effectively ran office

10. Have fun helping others!

Required Education and Experience

• Must be at least 19 years of age

• High school diploma or GED

• Valid state driver’s license and good driving record

• At least 2 years of prior sales or customer service experience recommended

Expected Hours of Work

Must be able to work a full time with the possibility overtime (up to 48 hours), retail schedule with 2 days off per week which requires flexible availability to include days, evenings, weekends and most holidays. Shifts and/or schedules may change throughout the year as dictated by management and business needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
