At Foot Locker, we obsess over the customer. This is where you come in! We are seeking full and part-time Package Investigation Specialists, a position that is vital to our company’s success. Whether you are in school or just need a second job for some extra cash, we offer flexible schedules. You will be responsible for providing a positive customer experience through compassion and by applying the problem-solving skills developed during our three weeks of paid training. This role provides you the opportunity to build and use your strong communication abilities and expand your career by learning about the business.

This position can be located in either our Oshkosh or Wausau, Wisconsin offices and is not a remote/work from home opportunity.

Full-time available shifts:

• Sunday 9am-5pm and Monday-Thursday 1pm-9pm
• Tuesday-Friday 1pm-9pm and Saturday 9am-5pm

Part-time available hours:

• Minimum of 15 hours per week, including at least 4 hours every weekend
• Weekday hours must fall between 12pm-9pm. Friday is a required work day
• Weekend hours must fall between 9am-5pm

Part-time pay: $12.75/hour

Full-time pay: $13.25/hour

Responsibilities:

• Providing superior customer service regarding questions or concerns around delivery-related issues and providing reasonable resolutions, keeping the company's best interest in mind.
• Speaking with internal and external customers directly over the phone or via email to resolve issues or concerns as needed.
• Efficiently entering customer information and call notes into the order management system.
• Accurately completing appropriate follow-up actions for order and service resolution.
• Send customer notifications and follow-up emails regarding delivery investigations.
• Assist with contact center phone call volume as needed.

Training:

You would be required to attend three weeks of training from 8:00am - 12:30pm or 5:30pm-10:00pm, Monday-Friday.

Next available start dates:

• Monday, October 18th (Wausau)
• Monday, October 25th (Oshkosh)

Qualifications:

• Proficient computer and typing skills
• Creative thinker with a positive attitude
• Ability to multi-task
• Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required
