Qualifications Experience:

  • Competency with a computer and multi-line phone system
  • Organizational skills
  • Must have English written and verbal communication skills
  • Spanish written and verbal skills a plus but not necessary

Job descriptions would entail but not limited to:

  • Phone calls - taking customer orders for supplies
  • Troubleshooting customer issues with equipment and service
  • Data entry Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance
  • Ability to exercise good judgment and decision-making
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment

Windows101 LLC seeks candidates who are responsible, reliable and detail oriented, to work as a customer service representative. You must have good people skills to help customers on the phone and in our warehouse and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. We are looking for a long-term addition to our team.
