Customer Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

You’ve earned this opportunity and Locus Robotics is excited to provide the next arena where you’ll expand your skills, knowledge, and value as an emerging leader. You’ll serve as an ambassador between our business and our world-class global customers to:

  • Drive adoption of Locus’ solution by integrating with customer’s business; make allies of site champions, influence the influencers. Spearhead training/retraining efforts and implement creative gamification to incentivize adoption.
  • Understand and provide actionable data, present critical insights to various teams within each customer. Execute data driven touchpoints through EBR’s, Executive Summaries, etc.
  • Deepen account relationships through customer first mentality, serving as the customer’s mouthpiece to Locus. Assuring customer success is our competitive advantage.
  • Implement continuous improvement efforts by leveraging available tools and resources to continually analyze and propel optimization efforts at the site level.
  • Proactive management of account inclusive of:
    • Throughput
    • Contractual Rates
    • Support tickets
    • Fleet health


Qualifications
  • 5+ years’ success managing strategic customer relationships in a Technical Product Environment (SAAS, SW/HW Product, etc.). Sales Relationship/Account Management or Strategy Consultant backgrounds are applicable.
  • Account Management experience in a modern logistics framework (3PL, Warehouse)
  • Bachelor’s Degree required. Advanced degrees (MBA, MS) helpful.
  • Relevant certifications (PMP, PgMP, SCRUM Master, etc.) highly desirable.
