CT Aide Casual

Minimum Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum Experience Required: None

Licensure/Certification Required: Must be BLS certified required (or obtain within one month of hire).

Skills required (if applicable):

Demonstrates interpersonal skills necessary to interact courteously and effectively with patients, families , visitors and hospital personnel.

Job Reports to: Manager

Job Summary

Following established procedures, performs various duties in the capacity of an Aide.

Screens and prepares the patient for the exam. Assists the CT technologists with patient positioning. Follows all safety protocols in the safety policy. Answers phones in the appropriate manner. Performs order completion and medication documentation in computer system

Is able to interact with patients from neonate to adult.
