Job Description

Looking for a high energy Customer Services Representative!

Very motivated problem solver to join our team! AI Insurance Services is looking to fill a Customer Services Rep position! Position will help us to maximize positive customer experience by responding to their inquiries in a timely manner, proactively reaching out to maintain good their relations with the Insurance agents, and helping promote the agencies outreach to the community.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

* Answering busy phones, responding to emails, various customer service tasks

* Keep records of customer interactions and transactions

* Process payments and explain billing

* Document follow-up and organizing office files & paperwork

* Customer retention calls

* Set appointments and manage office schedules

* Review current policies and identify specific products and solutions for each individual customer
* Solicit, sell and negotiate new business policies from existing and new clients

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

Job Duties:

  • Answer incoming customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
  • Record customer information within our customer service database
  • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
  • Other duties as requested
