Position Requirements

Azura Vascular Care in South Philadelphia offers attentive, specialized care for a full range of minimally invasive treatments.

Case Assignments:

The case mix includes vascular and interventional procedures for dialysis access management, peripheral arterial disease (PAD), venous disease/varicose veins and uterine fibroids.

Practice Model: CRNA only.

Location Facts

Schedule Includes:

  • 8-12 hour days
  • No Call

Located in the city of Philadelphia
More than 80 colleges, universities, trade, and specialty schools are located in the Philadelphia region.
Philadelphia Phillies (MLB), the Philadelphia Eagles (NFL), the Philadelphia Flyers (NHL), and the Philadelphia 76ers (NBA).


Responsibilities:

Pre-anesthesia assessment
Obtains and/or verifies patient consent
Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient
Induction, maintenance and emergence from anesthesia
Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition
Performance of clinical intervention as needed


Requirements

Current license as a registered professional nurse
Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education
Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
