Job Description

Position Summary:

Tailored Brands, Inc. is the largest specialty retailer of men’s suits and the largest provider of tuxedo rental product in the U.S. and Canada. We operate retail stores in all 50 states and Canada. Our U.S. retail stores are operated under the brand names of Men’s Wearhouse, Jos. A. Bank, Men’s Wearhouse and Tux, K&G Fashion, and Joseph Abboud. Our Canadian stores are operated under the brand name of Moores in ten provinces. We currently have an exciting opportunity for an CRM Campaign Analyst to join our Tailored Brands team. This individual will support of CRM systems and processes including: developing and executing marketing campaigns, planning and gathering requirements, vendor management, system and process optimization, schedule management, supporting Marketing teams across our portfolio of brands – Men’s Wearhouse, Moores, Jos A Bank and K&G. Requires strong communication, data/analysis and project management skills.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key business and technology team members
  • Design, build, and execute marketing campaigns in CRM systems supporting all online and offline channels
  • Perform campaign data analysis and quality control to verify campaign requirements
  • Work with CRM system vendors and internal partners to manage, plan, test, and implement feed changes, system enhancements, upgrades
  • Gather requirements from stakeholders and interpret requests into campaign deliverables
  • Develop project timelines/roadmaps and negotiate priorities for various CRM initiatives
  • Heavy collaboration with various CRM Ops partners: I&T, marketing teams, data vendors, mail house, Customer Service, Store Ops
  • Work closely with Director to deliver against team and company goals
  • Develop and maintain tools, processes and reliable data
  • Collaborate with Analytics/Reporting team to confirm campaign reporting/tracking objectives
  • Optimize process, campaigns, workflows to improve efficiency and increase output
  • Maintain proactive and responsive communications with leadership and partners through project and activity status reports, and escalations
  • Coordinate campaign deliverables to internal and external end users


Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum five years previous experience in CRM, business analysis, database and/or retail marketing
  • Broad understanding of business process, technology, requirements gathering
  • Experience with design, implementation, and support of CRM systems
  • Ability to think creatively, possess strong analytic and problem-solving skills, with an attention to detail
  • Experience designing and optimizing processes, developing templates and training system users
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting goals and objectives in nimble, yet deadline driven environment
  • Project management experience, ability to lead project from inception to completion
  • Experience working with technology vendors/suppliers
  • Excellent communication skills; present ideas clearly and concisely, both in writing and in person
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and collaborative environment
  • Prior experience with CRM campaign management tools

Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands:

  • Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time
  • Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach on a daily basis
  • Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally
  • Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment
  • Hours regularly 40 hours per week
