Crew Member

Pieocracy Pizza has partnered with Rita's Italian Ice in Gretna, NE and is looking for crew members to join our expanding team. We are located on 21407 Nebraska Crossing. Our ideal candidates are self-starters, punctual, attentive, motivated, engaged and hard-working.

Work hours available range from 9am-9pm, seven days/week, holidays included.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare dough and other ingredients for pizza, salads, and other menu item preparation. Prepare Ices, Mistos, Blendis, Creams, and other menu items according to procedures.

2. Cut, finish, and present to customer completed food items.

3. Take orders accurately and in a customer friendly manner.

4. Maintain a clean and tidy work area.

5. Prepare drinks as appropriate. Observe and follow alcohol regulations, observing restrictions for staff under 19 years of age.

6. At all times, exhibit a friendly, courteous attitude toward customers and co-workers.

7. Greet customers, urgency, eye contact, smile, & thank you.

8. Accurately process all cash and credit payments

9. Set up equipment, utensils, supplies, and physical facility for opening.

10. Open and close store in appropriate manner.

11. Perform cleaning and maintenance procedures, as directed by checklists.

Qualifications

*Must possess the following traits: positive attitude, teachable spirit, and outgoing personality. *Must have dependable transportation available and be able to be readily contacted by phone. *Must comply with state and federal age restriction regulations regarding operation of equipment in the store. *Proven working experience as a cashier or in customer service or willingness to learn. *Reliable work ethic, both in attendance and performance *Ability to listen and communicate effectively

Expectations: Must be able to

• Perform the tasks outlined above ("Essential Duties");
• Stand for long periods and occasionally work long hours.
• Communicate and work safely in given environment.
• Assure product quality.
• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $10.00 - $12.00/hour.
