About the Role

Credit Products Underwriters play a significant role at the bank. They work closely with the credit team and Relationship Managers to help grow bank assets while getting to learn about new industries every day. Credit Product Underwriters are master prioritizers who can manage multiple projects and loan requests simultaneously that vary in complexity.

How You'll Spend Your Time
  • The majority of your time will be spent conducting credit analysis to finance multiple business endeavors including; investment real estate, owner-occupied real estate, working capital, equipment, LBOs/acquisitions, healthcare-related opportunities, as well as credits augmented with an SBA guarantee.
  • Your day will consist of credit conversations, decision making, and communication with senior Credit Product Underwriters.
  • You will work efficiently to get deals approved while mitigating risk.
  • You will prepare commitment reports for all of the multi-state markets supported by the lending center.

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of credit analysis/credit products underwriter experience; or 7+ years of equivalent work-related experience.
