Job Description

Position Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the collection, review and analysis of the documentation of the loans related to the private banking residential construction lending portfolio, as managed within the credit risk department. Incumbent will review, research and analyze supporting documentation provided as required under the loan agreement and construction contract. Will also be responsible for preparing periodic reports on the status of the construction portfolio for senior management. This role has direct interaction with credit risk officers, loan officers, borrowers, builders and senior management.



Position Requirements:

Candidates must possess exceptional analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, an aptitude to manage multiple projects simultaneously and a capacity to work in a deadline-driven environment. Essential skills include creativity, self-motivation, organization, attention to detail, inquisitiveness and outstanding problem-solving abilities. Candidates must have a working knowledge of financial and accounting concepts. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in a business related field such as Finance, Accounting, Mathematics or Economics with a minimum GPA of 3.25 or better.
