Statement of Purpose
Positions are available in Ascension, East Baton Rouge, East Feliciana, Iberville, Pointe, Coupee, West Baton Rouge and West Feliciana to conduct testing services at congregate testing sites (nursing homes, jails, etc.) on human patients for COVID-19. Applicants would travel to designated testing sites for the listed job duties.

Statement of Purpose
Positions are available in Ascension, East Baton Rouge, East Feliciana, Iberville, Pointe, Coupee, West Baton Rouge and West Feliciana to conduct testing services at congregate testing sites (nursing homes, jails, etc.) on human patients for COVID-19. Applicants would travel to designated testing sites for the listed job duties.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in testing humans for possible infection of COVID-19 with provided PCR (nasal swab) testing kits.
- Collect samples from patients for COVID-19 screening.
- Ensure specimen samples and collection activities are documented properly.
- LPN
- Clinical background with competence to complete COVID-19 testing.
- Ability to build rapport with patients.
- Compassionate and caring demeanor.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Work time will be exclusively community based.
- Frequent local travel to and from pre-designated testing sites (reliable transportation required).
- Position is contractual at $35/hr.
- Work schedules are Monday - Friday day shifts and possibly weekends.
