Position Overview:

The Corporate Operations Administrator will act as a liaison for the Corporate Processing Team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance in order to ensure effective and efficient operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Correct personnel timecards
  • Approving PTO in payroll system
  • Adding approved PTO to shared calendar
  • Reviewing and approving timecards in payroll system
  • Completing Equipment order for new hires
  • Ensuring new hires receive specified computer equipment
  • Adding new hires to various spreadsheets
  • Granting access to new hires for various smartsheets
  • Adding new hires to training
  • Creating Zoom meetings for team
  • Take meeting minutes notes
  • Maintaining corporate credit card information for verification orders
  • Work effectively and efficiently with VP’s of Corporate Processing, team leads, junior and senior processors
  • Work on special projects as necessary

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with Zoom
  • Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ellie Mae Encompass experience preferred
