Job Description

Pacifica Hotels is looking for a Corporate Marketing Specialist to join the Home Office Team! The Corporate Marketing Specialist will work in conjunction with the Corporate Marketing Team to effectively manage marketing project timelines from initial request to completion for individual properties, develop content and post to social media channels, handle influencers, maintain merchandise programs, and execute email campaigns including providing key reporting.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the job include but are not limited to:

  • Traffic hotel support requests through appropriate channels, manage project timelines, and coordinate deliverables to completion with appropriate Marketing team members and vendors as assigned.
  • Write and edit copy as needed for a variety of projects including, print, web, mobile, and social.
  • Develop content and collect assets for storytelling purposes across all channels.
  • Manage and maintain social and reputation accounts including Instagram, Facebook, Yelp, Open Table, TikTok, and others for the corporate brand and select independent hotels.
  • Vet, schedule, and coordinate PR activities including hosted influencer stays with property teams from stay request to final content delivery and post-stay KPI reporting.
  • Develop and execute customer retention programs to support Marketing, Revenue, and property specific goals, including email campaigns through content development, scheduling and calendar management, and reporting.
  • Generate and distribute monthly reporting to appropriate parties.
  • Other assignments as directed by supervisor.

Skills/Abilities/Other Requirements:

  • Hospitality, marketing, or communication degree preferred.
  • 2-4+ years’ experience in hospitality marketing or similar industry.
  • Passion for marketing and hospitality.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, writing and communication skills.
  • Proficient with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of, and interest in, social media, current events, pop culture, and hospitality trends.
  • Exceptional work ethic, ability to multi-task, perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with others inside and outside the organization.
  • Valid driver’s license and own transportation.
